Overview
The Louis Vuitton "Louis" flagship store: It is located in Shanghai. It was officially unveiled on June 28, 2025. It is shaped like a "giant ship" more than 30 meters high. The ship's body is composed of stacked classic Louis Vuitton hard cases and is covered with the classic Louis Vuitton LOGO. Inside, there is the "Extraordinary Journey" exhibition, a Louis Vuitton store, and Le Café Louis Vuitton. This distinctive building is opened in line with the global trend, following New York and Paris, as another flagship store themed around Louis Vuitton boxes.
This video is made to document this world-renowned project for Closer and its project designer, Ms. Faye McLeod (Visual Image Director of Louis Vuitton).
The shooting only took 12 hours, during which we needed to incorporate the urban scenery of Shanghai and shoot the ship both during the day and at night. The post - production editing and photo retouching were completed in just 7 days, enabling us to release the work on social media ahead of others. Precise shooting planning in the early stage and seamless communication with the client across three different time zones in the later stage contributed to this perfect production.
